Policies
Aethel Research Digest Juncture: An International Journal (ARDJIJ), follows strict ethical rules. The journal does not accept plagiarism or any type of unethical behaviour. The editorial board works to prevent publication misconduct and maintain high academic standards.
Preparation of Pre-Review Manuscript
Your manuscript should include:
- Title
- Authors
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Theory
- Research Design
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusions
- References
- Appendix (if needed)
Manuscripts may contain text, equations, symbols, figures, tables, drawings, and photos.
Prepare your paper according to the ARDJIJ MS-Word Template.
Length
6 to 12 pages (in English / Marathi / Hindi).
Font:
1. English- New time Roman or any (Title font size 16, subtitle- 14 size & manuscript- 12 font, space 1.5)
2. Marathi & Hindi – Unicode, Kokila, Apartijita, mangal only (Title font size 14, subtitle- 12 size & manuscript- 10 font, space 1.5)
Abstract & Keywords
On the first page, after the title and author details (Name, Designation, Institution/University, City, State, Country, and Email):
- Write an abstract of 100–200 words summarizing the problem and findings.
- Below the abstract, provide 3–5 keywords.
References
- All sources cited in the text must be listed in the references.
- List references in the order they appear in the paper (Arabic numerals: 1, 2, 3…).
ARDJIJ is an open-access journal. Once accepted, the journal handles reviewing, editing, publishing, uploading, and maintaining DOIs.
Errors in Published Papers
If authors find any mistakes in their published paper, they must inform the editor or publisher immediately and help correct it before it is printed.
Confidentiality
Editors and editorial members must not share information about submitted manuscripts with anyone except the corresponding author, reviewers, other editorial members, or the publisher.
Plagiarism Policy
- Only original work is accepted.
- Content must not be published before or under review elsewhere.
- If plagiarism is found, the manuscript will be rejected, and actions will be taken.
- Corrected papers will be rechecked for plagiarism.
Handling Publication Misconduct
The journal investigates issues like plagiarism, data falsification, improper citations, or unethical publications. Expert teams are involved in resolving such cases.
Redundant Publication / Multiple Submissions
Submitting the same paper to more than one journal is a serious offence.
If detected, the manuscript will be rejected.
Data Falsification
If research data is found to be fake or manipulated, the manuscript will be removed from the website immediately.
Manipulation in Citation
If authors add citations only to increase citation counts (self or journal citations), the manuscript will be removed within 30 minutes of confirmation.
Editorial Ethics & Conflict of Interest
- Confidential information from peer review must not be used for personal benefit.
- Reviewers should not review manuscripts where they have any conflict of interest (with authors, institutions, or companies).

- Originality and scientific accuracy
- Value and contribution to the field
- Novelty (adds new knowledge)
- Structure and format
- Research design/methodology
- Grammar and writing quality
- Ethical standards
- Scope for further research
- Correct references
Authors’ Responsibilities
Reporting Standards
Authors must present accurate results and an honest discussion.
Papers should have enough detail for others to reproduce the work.
False or misleading statements are unethical.
Data Access & Retention
Authors may be asked to provide raw data during review and must keep data for a reasonable time after publication.
Originality & Plagiarism
Authors must ensure their work is original and properly cite the work of others.
Multiple or Redundant Publication
The same research must not be submitted or published in more than one journal at the same time.
Acknowledgment of Sources
Proper credit must be given to earlier works that influenced the research.
Authorship
Only those who contributed significantly should be listed as authors.
All authors must approve the final manuscript before submission.
Hazards / Human or Animal Subjects
Any unusual hazards in chemicals, procedures, or equipment must be clearly mentioned.
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts that may influence the results.
Errors in Published Work
If an author finds a major error in their published work, they must inform the editor and help correct or retract the paper.
Responsibilities of Editor & Editorial Board
Publication Decisions
The editor decides which articles to publish based on reviewer comments and academic quality.
Confidentiality
Editors must not disclose manuscript information to anyone except relevant parties.
Conflicts of Interest
Editors must not use unpublished material for their own research.
If they have a conflict of interest, another editor must handle the manuscript.
They may also publish corrections, retractions, or notes if conflicts are discovered later.
Copyright, Licensing & Publishing Rights
- The work must be original and not published or under review anywhere else.
- ARDJIJ is open access and also printed in physical form.
- Authors keep the copyright of their work.
- If authors use previously published tables, figures, or text, they must get written permission from the copyright owner.
- Authors must disclose any funding received.
Copyright Transfer
All authors must sign and submit the copyright transfer form.
