Authors Guidelines
To ensure your manuscript is accepted for publication in Aethel Research Digest Juncture: An International Journal (ARDJIJ), you must adhere strictly to their submission standards. As an international peer-reviewed journal, they emphasize academic rigor and standardized formatting.
Below are the step-by-step author guidelines:
1. Pre-Submission Checklist
Before drafting the final version of your paper, ensure your research falls within the journal's scope (Social Sciences, Humanities, Management, or Engineering, depending on the specific volume's focus).
- Originality: The work must be original and not currently under consideration by any other journal.
- Ethics: Ensure all co-authors have approved the submission.
2. Manuscript Formatting Specifications
ARDJIJ typically follows a standard academic structure. Your document should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Length: 6 to 12 pages or 1500 to 3000 Words (in English / Marathi / Hindi).
Font:
· English- New time Roman or any (Title font size 16, subtitle- 14 size & manuscript- 12 font, space 1.5)
· Marathi & Hindi – Unicode, Kokila, Apartijita, mangal only (Title font size 14, subtitle- 12 size & manuscript- 10 font, space 1.5)
Abstract & Keywords
On the first page, after the title and author details (Name, Designation, Institution/University, City, State, Country, and Email):
- Write an abstract of 100–200 words summarizing the problem and findings.
- Below the abstract, provide 3–5 keywords.
References
- All sources cited in the text must be listed in the references.
- List references in the order they appear in the paper (Arabic numerals: 1, 2, 3…).
Common examples of how they should look:
- Journal Article: Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of the article. Title of the Periodical, Vol(Issue), pages. https://doi.org/xx.xxx
- Book: Author, A. A. (Year). Title of the work. Publisher.
ARDJIJ is an open-access journal. Once accepted, the journal handles reviewing, editing, publishing, uploading, and maintaining DOIs.
3. Structural Requirements
Your manuscript should be organized in the following order:
- Title: Concise and informative (avoid abbreviations).
- Author Information: Full names, affiliations, and email addresses (submitted on a separate title page for double-blind review).
- Abstract: A single paragraph (150–250 words) summarizing the objective, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Keywords: 4 to 6 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Main Body: * Introduction: Context and research problem.
- Literature Review: Current state of the field.
- Methodology: Clear description of tools, participants, or data sets used.
- Results & Discussion: Analysis of findings and comparison with previous studies.
- Conclusion: Summary and recommendations for future research.
- References: ARDJIJ usually requires the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition style.
4. Tables, Figures, and Images
- Quality: All images must be high resolution (at least 300 DPI).
- Captions: Tables should have titles above them, while Figures should have titles below them.
- Source: If a table or image is taken from another source, proper attribution is mandatory.
5. Ethical Guidelines and Declarations
At the end of your manuscript, before the references, you must include:
- Conflict of Interest: A statement declaring no financial or personal conflicts.
- Funding Statement: Acknowledge any organizations that funded the research.
- Informed Consent: If the study involves human participants, confirm that consent was obtained.
6. Submission Process
- Anonymize your Paper: Remove all author names and affiliations from the main manuscript file to facilitate the double-blind review.
- Prepare Files: Ensure you have the Title Page (with author details) and the Main Manuscript (anonymized) as separate files.
- Upload: Submit via the ARDJIJ online submission portal or the designated editorial email address provided on their official website.
7. Post-Submission
After submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email with a Manuscript ID. Use this ID for all future correspondence regarding the status of your paper.
