दक्षिण भारतीय राजनीति में फिल्मी सितारों की छवि-निर्माण एवं राजनीतिक संचार रणनीति पर एक समीक्षात्मक अध्ययन

दक्षिण भारत में सिनेमा और राजनीति का संबंध केवल फिल्मी सितारों की लोकप्रियता के राजनीतिक क्षेत्र में स्थानांतरण तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक सुव्यवस्थित संचार-रणनीति के रूप में भी विकसित हुआ है, जिसके माध्यम से पर्दे पर निर्मित छवि को राजनीतिक संदेश, दलीय पहचान और नेतृत्व-ब्रांड में बदला जाता है। तमिलनाडु, आंध्र प्रदेश, तेलंगाना और केरल के अनुभव यह दर्शाते हैं कि फिल्मी सितारे अपने संवाद-शैली, वेशभूषा, प्रतीक-चिह्न, नारे और प्रशंसक-नेटवर्क का उपयोग करके एक ऐसी राजनीतिक संचार भाषा गढ़ते हैं जो पारंपरिक राजनीतिक दलों की भाषा से भिन्न होती है। प्रस्तुत अध्ययन का उद्देश्य दक्षिण भारतीय राजनीति में फिल्मी सितारों द्वारा अपनाई गई छवि-निर्माण और राजनीतिक संचार रणनीतियों का समीक्षात्मक विश्लेषण करना है। अध्ययन विशेष रूप से यह समझने का प्रयास करता है कि फिल्मी छवि के कौन-कौन से तत्व राजनीतिक संचार में परिवर्तित होते हैं, प्रशंसक संगठनों और डिजिटल मीडिया की इस प्रक्रिया में क्या भूमिका है, तथा इस संचार रणनीति के लोकतांत्रिक निहितार्थ क्या हैं। अध्ययन गुणात्मक एवं समीक्षात्मक प्रकृति का है तथा द्वितीयक स्रोतों पर आधारित है। इसके लिए दक्षिण भारतीय सिनेमा, फिल्मी सितारों की राजनीतिक छवि, प्रशंसक संस्कृति, राजनीतिक संचार तथा डिजिटल मीडिया से संबंधित पुस्तकों, शोध-पत्रों और हाल के अध्ययनों का आलोचनात्मक अध्ययन किया गया है। अध्ययन में तमिलनाडु और आंध्र प्रदेश के ऐतिहासिक अनुभवों के साथ-साथ हाल के वर्षों में उभरे तेलंगाना और केरल के उदाहरणों को भी सम्मिलित किया गया है। अध्ययन से स्पष्ट होता है कि फिल्मी छवि-आधारित राजनीतिक संचार जनता को राजनीति के निकट लाने, राजनीतिक संदेशों को सरल एवं भावनात्मक रूप में प्रस्तुत करने तथा नए सामाजिक समूहों को राजनीतिक विमर्श में शामिल करने में सहायक हो सकता है। साथ ही यह संचार-शैली नीतिगत विमर्श की अपेक्षा व्यक्तित्व-केंद्रित प्रचार, भावनात्मक लामबंदी तथा डिजिटल प्रशंसक-सेनाओं के माध्यम से ध्रुवीकरण को भी बढ़ावा दे सकती है। अध्ययन निष्कर्षतः यह प्रतिपादित करता है कि फिल्मी छवि की राजनीतिक संचार-शक्ति का लोकतांत्रिक महत्व उसकी लोकप्रियता की मात्रा से नहीं, बल्कि इस बात से निर्धारित होता है कि वह संचार किस सीमा तक नीतिगत पारदर्शिता, नागरिक संवाद और संस्थागत उत्तरदायित्व से जुड़ता है।
